This is an adaptation of a recipe in the Codlo cookbook that we made on 10 July 2014.

500 g | salmon steak | 1 | ||
5 g | garlic | 1 | ||
lemon juice | 1 | |||

fresh dill leaves | 1 | |||
olive oil | 1 | |||
Crush garlic and cover salmon with all ingredients. Seal in a sous-vide bag and cook for about 30 minutes at 50°. Serve with sorrel sauce.
