Heuvos rancheros means “ranch-style eggs”. This recipe lays no claim to
originality: it's just what we eat.
Method
Per person, place a good-sized tablespoon each of frijoles
refritos, guacamole, chorizo and pico de gallo at the top of a plate and a couple
of tortillas below. Fry some eggs and
place on top of the tortillas. Sprinkle with chili flakes.
