For 8 chapatis

155 ml | water | 1 | ||
25 g | ghee | 1 |
Mix the ingredients and knead. Leave to stand for at least half an hour, then divide into portions, flour and roll out. Fry in a dry pan (I use a Mexican Comal) over medium heat until they puff up a little.
