This is a recipe that I invented on 9 July 2010. It's not overly good, but for me it's a starting point for something better. I don't think anybody else should even bother reading it.
quantity | ingredient | step | ||
350 g | onion | 1 | ||
30 g | oil for frying | 1 | ||
30 g | garlic | 2 | ||
550 g | beef mince | 3 | ||
5 g | cumminseed | 4 | ||
3 g | dried oregano | 4 | ||
10 g | coriander leaf | 4 | ||
10 g | mild chili powder | 5 | ||
10 g | salt | 5 | ||
2 g | ground pepper | 5 | ||
Chop the onions with the oil and fry slowly to dry them out.
When the onion is about half-done, press the garlic into the mixture and continue.
When the onion mixture is done, add the meat and fry until half-cooked.
Finely chop or grind cumminseed, oregano and coriander leaf.
Add cumminseed, oregano, coriander, chili, pepper and salt. Mince coarsely with a mincer. Return to pan and cook until dry.
