“Recovery time” is the time I had to spend to recover from the situation. Records before 17 March 2007 were reconstructed from my diary entries and are incomplete. Times are approximate.

This is not a complete record. I bought a generator in April 1999 to handle the situation, so it was already a problem at the time, and until recently I didn't report failures that caused minimal problems. The problems I have now seem to be related to overvoltage during an outage, and they're becoming expensive.
